Terms of payment

1.	20 % down payment within 5 days after contract is signed by both parties (non refundeable)
2.	Security deposit 4 weeks before arrival
3.	Final Payment 60 days before arrival
4.	Security deposit returned 1 week after departure if there is no damage to the rental property
5.	Cancellation / Refund: Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival date 50% of the rent will be due. Cancellation within 30 days or less before arrival date, 100% of the final payment is due and will not be refunded. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. We strongly recommend you buy vacation insurance to cover against unavoidable cancellation. Additionally, as a credit card holder, you should check whether it includes travel insurance.
