The Villa Sunset Key is in a beautiful central location in the city of Cape Coral, close to all amenities, shops and all your favorite restaurants.The pool area faces west. Beautifully and modern furnished and fully equipped with everything, this Villa will make your vacation a wonderful experience. The large living room is adjacent to a reading corner, as well as the dining room and a comfortably equipped open American kitchen. On the right side of the house you will find the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a small guest room. Two further guest rooms are on the left side of the house with the guest bathroom which has direct access to the pool area. From the living room and the master bedroom you have a beautiful view of the pool deck and the water with the private boat dock and the tiki hut, which creates a tropical atmosphere. The outdoor area is also very nicely equipped with a seating area for relaxing, including a TV, sun loungers, a dining area and a hot tub. Outside the screen, a small seating area with an open fireplace invites you to dream. When you return to your own dock in the evening from your boat tour, enjoy a good steak from the grill and one of Florida's spectacular sunsets, which will makes you forget about the world.
